Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Operoso (the “Service”), the business management suite available at operoso.app, operated from Ireland (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent (the “Customer”).
1. The Service
Operoso provides business applications — including procurement, inventory, invoicing, picking and delivery, point of sale, CRM, HR and related tools — delivered as an online service. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality you pay for during a paid term without notice.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity of the users you invite into your workspace and for setting their access appropriately.
3. Free trial
New workspaces receive a free trial (currently 14 days) of the available apps. No payment details are required to start. At the end of the trial, apps you have not subscribed to may be disabled; your data is retained and becomes accessible again when you subscribe.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan contents and billing intervals are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your data
The data you enter into your workspace belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export of your data at any time, and deletion of your workspace after termination.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to send spam, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to access other customers’ data, or to probe, disrupt or overload the Service. We may suspend workspaces that put the Service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside normal Irish business hours where practical. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-efforts basis.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these terms if the breach is not remedied within 14 days of notice. After termination you may request an export of your data for 60 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify workspace owners by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
